This website (thefunnydadshirt.com) is operated by The Funny Dad Shirt ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility and use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this store. You agree not to use our store or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to interfere with or disrupt the store's security or operation.

2. Products and orders

All products are printed on demand on Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton tees by our US print partners. We try to display colors and designs as accurately as possible, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and small variations in print placement are normal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We're not liable for typographical pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including our designs, phrases, logos, graphics and text, belongs to The Funny Dad Shirt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Reviews and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, photos or ideas, you grant us permission to use, edit and publish them in connection with our store and marketing, without compensation. You agree your submissions won't be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights.

7. Third-party links and services

Our store may include links to, or use services from, third parties. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and The Funny Dad Shirt won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Funny Dad Shirt harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Privacy

Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept them.
