Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States only, including all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long will my order take?

Every shirt is printed to order just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with standard shipping (usually 3–7 business days within the US). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.95.

Will it arrive in time for Christmas, his birthday or Father's Day?

Add up 2–5 business days to print and 3–7 business days to ship, then give it a few extra days, because carriers slow down around the holidays. For Christmas, ordering in early December is the safe move. If you're cutting it close, email us before you order and we'll give you an honest answer.

Will my order come in one package?

Not always. Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities and arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each package.

Gifts

Can I ship it straight to Dad?

Yes. Just enter his address as the shipping address at checkout. There's no invoice or price inside the package, and the tracking emails go to you, so the surprise stays a surprise.

Can I add a gift note or gift wrap?

Not yet. Shirts ship in a plain mailer. If you want a card, have it sent to you first, or send him a text that says "check the mail."

What if he already has a shirt that says that?

He doesn't. But if the size or shirt is wrong, our 30-day happiness guarantee has you covered (see below).

Sizing and fit

How do I find his size?

Every shirt has a size chart in the photos. Our tees are the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton tee: a classic, roomy men's fit that runs true to size, in S to 5XL. Not sure? Measure a shirt he already loves, laid flat armpit to armpit, and compare it to the chart. If he's between sizes, go with the bigger one.

What are the shirts made of?

Heavyweight 100% cotton that holds up wash after wash. Sport Grey is 90% cotton and 10% polyester. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished shirt, and small differences in print placement are normal.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Cotton can shrink a little in a hot dryer, so keep it cool.

Orders, returns and the guarantee

What if it doesn't fit or he doesn't love it?

Every shirt is covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee. Wrong size or changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the shirt laid flat, and we'll send a free replacement (a different size or color is fine) or refund the item. No return needed. Misprinted, damaged or defective? We'll replace or fully refund it, including shipping. See our full Refund Policy. (Custom tees are final once the proof is approved.)

How do custom tees work, and can I return one?

Tell us your text on the Custom Dad Tee page and we'll email you a proof within 1–2 business days. One round of small edits is included. Once you approve the proof, it goes to print. Because it's made just for him, a custom tee is final once the proof is approved. Misprints, damage and defects are always replaced free. See our Refund Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once a shirt is in production it can't be changed or canceled, but the happiness guarantee still applies after delivery.

Where's my order?

Check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn't moved in a few days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll help.
